Hi All-
My husband and I are moving out of NYC and are looking to rent for a year or two in CT before buying. His job is in Northern FFC and I'm mostly remote with my work though I do need to go into the city about once a week.
We love Ridgefield and feel that we will ultimately end up there when we buy, but to rent, we're looking at the Rivington townhomes in Danbury. It feels like a great compromise since we won't be using the schools (no kids yet), it's new construction, amenities if you'd like to use them, and it's a 10 minute drive to Brewster train station. Does anyone have any insight into living in that community? Is it young or quiet? Are people generally happy with the construction and upkeep? Also, Danbury seems to have a decent amount of good restaurants, shopping, etc. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for any advice!
