Yea the people in Dobbs must be miffed that they missed out to the lesser known Don's Ferry up the river.

That's nice and amongst other things I love the restaurants in Dobbs Ferry but it's basically a "suburb" surrounded by a vast metropolitan area which in my view doesn't make it a "small town". The only other one on the top 10 list that is like that is Louisville, CO (#7) and it's kind of on the outskirts of the Denver area.
