Looks like yet another bit of Obama administration legacy has been derailed.


That doctor turned director of HUD and former wedding planner put in charge of the NY/NJ area have decided Westchester's zoning and other efforts after all do not cause segregation.


Surprise, surprise!




Under Trump party planner, HUD ends Obama's battle against segregation in Westchester.

You mean like the zoning that exists all around the world in developed countires, including in virtually entirely racially homogenous countries, to preserve neighborhood character, separate industry from residential areas, have tree-lined streets with houses instead of just apartment blocks, have space and light and


Well you get it. The whole crusade was a preposterous quixotic nonsense in the first place. And the independent consultants who gave a report 10 times noting that the HUD spurious conclusions were just way out (and clearly political not fact-based) there finally prevailed.


Yea it is a surprise that common sense and non-hysterical conclusions can still prevail in this day and age.
