Would anyone happen to know what the final lane configuration will be when both of the Gov. Mario Cuomo Bridges will be when fully completed?

The site states there will be four vehicle lanes on each span, but if I am counting correctly, each bridge will have eight lanes, or sixteen lanes in total for both bridges. Will each bridge consist of four eastbound and four westbound lanes? Will each bridge only have two east and westbound lanes with the other four purposed for public transportation, breakdown/towing lane(s)?

Certain sites do state some lanes will be dedicated for breakdown lanes or bus lanes, thus my confusion with deciphering the final configuration...

This news article might help explain the configuration. Apparently the dedicated bus lanes may not be marked as such on Day 1 of full opening.

Reed, thank you for the link. It clearly shows the lanes, shoulders and pedestrian path just as I thought they would configure. I think what was confusing me was the present use of the open bridge as all vehicle lanes and how this would play out in final setup. But this pattern obviously temporary until other bridge open.
