Can anyone recommend where to buy approximately 40-45 Emerald Green Arborvitae trees without breaking the bank? Ideally I’d like to buy 5-6 footers, but would consider a smaller tree to save money. Any leads are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I don't know where you are. Westchester is a big place.
Ask a local nursery if they will give you a discount for a large order. Home Depot has good prices. Look to see what they have online and they may deliver.
I’m in mount Vernon. I haven’t had any luck with local nurseries. The Home Depot and Loews were pricey ($90 per tree). I’m willing to travel a bit to pick them up. The best deal I found was $30 a tree for 5-6 footer... but, I’d have to travel 2.5 hours. I was hoping to find somewhere a bit closer than that. Thanks anyway!
a word of caution about going with cheapest places. Last spring we purchased about 22 of these from Home Depot and saw 18 die within 2 months. When we went to HD they apologized explaining the whole batch arrived with damaged roots -- their supplier didnt do too good of a job excavating them.
They reimbursed our tree costs but not planing cost! (and we wasted so much time watering them daily).
If you haven't already, give Rosedale Nurseries a call. They're just north of 287 in Hawthorne, so wouldn't be that far from Mt Vernon. I've spent a lot of money with them over the last few years and have not lost a single plant or tree. I'm not sure you're going to get a super cheap price but you will get a quality product, and they may give a discount for bulk sale.
Regarding HD & Costco - I would never buy plants or trees from them. That's not their core business and not what they know.
