Any thoughts/warnings on Mayfair acres? If you're unfamilisr, it's a neighborhood in Greensburg with Valhalla Schools.
My biggest concern right now is since your not a Valhalla resident then you can't get parking in Valhalla train station, is that correct? Any other downsides?
My next concern is taxes of course. All the usual questions... Why so high? Can they be grieved? How much do they increase per year?

I know if you are a town of Mt. Pleasant resident you can park at Valhalla. Not sure about Greenburgh. I'd avoid anything in the town of Greenburgh. Paul Feiner is an idjit.
I used to live in the Town of Greenburgh with a White Plains address and Valhalla schools. I was able to get a non-resident permit for Valhalla, but this was 5 years ago. It seems like this was eliminated due to overcrowding:
