Does anyone know if White Plains requires a permit for a temporary above ground pool? Thinking of getting one for the summer since we're pretty much going to be stuck around the house for the whole time. The one I was looking at his 15' x 48" circle, so not tiny. Would be taking it down after the summer.

Thanks!

I have no knowledge of WP specifically but I could see any town around here wanting permits. They would probably be particularly concerned about where you are going to drain that chemically treated water at the end of the summer! Those pools are going to be popular this year. At least have a plan to get it down the sewer.
