Hi, can anyone provide any details regarding Shenorock? Friendly, safe, is the vibe sort of blue collar conservative? Don’t need info about kids, the person considering doesn’t have. Thank you.

Shenorock is part of Somers. It's a lovely area, but it's small. A broader approach might be better.

From what I understand, much of Shenorock has septic and well water. Ask real estate professionals about which houses have well water. I would hesitate to purchase a home with well water.
