What are some good hiking trails or Parks I can jog in with good and varying inclines?

Running up and down inclines is not the same as stairs.

Preferable close to highway, and not too far north of NYC. Westchester is a big county afterall.

The alltrains app has lots of filters. You can choose factors that migh tbe to your liking such as: paved, moderate or difficult, running trails, and get a selection. Click on the map and you can move around to find trails, then pick one and see reviews, pictures, and so on. Its a great application that might prove useful for you.

I enjoy the north county and putnam trailway, but it might not be steep enough for you. Its huge, over 30 miles, and you can try different sections, but its north of where you seem to want to go. I also like the D&H Canal Restoration, again, north. Its pretty strenuous in terms of the climb, maybe a 200 foot elevation change. Anyway, great application with lots of data. Its worth the buy IMO. Best to you.
