i would like to go to [FONT=Verdana]Media/Elwyn from White Plain , which will be the best way to go. Like White Plain to Grand Central then NY Penn station to [/FONT][FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]Philadelphia 30th St by Septa, Which will be the right way or if any one have better idea on that please let me know.
help will be really appreciated.

You'll have to go to Grand Central station, get on the subway from there, taking the shuttle to the Broadway IRT, then go downtown to Penn Station.

There's no direct train from Westchester to Penn Station.

You can then take Amtrak to Philadelphia or NJ Transit (northeast corridor) to Trenton and then change to the SEPTA.

thanks for help , So should I took Spta from NY Penn Stn. to Philadelphia 30th St. and from there to Media/Elwyn.please suggest

As I said, you can't get the SEPTA from Penn Station. You have to either take Amtrak to Philadephia from Penn Station and then get SEPTA or take NJ Transit to Trenton and change to SEPTA.

I think someone here takes Amtrak from Croton to Penn Station.

Easier than GCS/Subway.
