The wait is over for homebuyers hoping to enjoy luxuriously-appointed single-family residences in a desirable Orange County, NY location and offered at competitive prices that are sure to provide incredible value.

HighPointe at Woodbury Junction, a very exclusive collection of just 25 single-family homes situated in prominent view locations within this established 450-home residential community in the Town of Central Valley, has officially opened Preview Sales, according to its developer, HornRock Properties. The Preview Sales period represents a special opportunity for interested buyers looking to maximize their new home purchase thanks to Pre-Grand Opening prices that will only be available for a limited time.

“We’ve already developed an extensive list of VIP Buyers who are quickly scheduling their appointments to view these upscale floorplans and tour our model home which has been merchandised by prominent interior designer Lita Dirks & Co.,” says David Hornblass of HornRock Properties.

“Judging by the initial reaction, a large number of homebuyers are clamoring for the opportunity to purchase a spacious single-family home in one of Orange County’s most prominent addresses just a short trip into New York City, northern New Jersey and Westchester and Rockland Counties.

As a result, we expect a very active preview sales period right from the start, meaning those interested are encouraged to add their name to our VIP List today.”

To add their name to the HighPointe VIP List, those interested can visit www.highpointewoodbury.com or call Liz Ridgeway at (800) 689-3320.

Created to embrace all that makes life in the Hudson Valley so special, the community will feature expansive and well-appointed home designs complemented by planned resort-inspired amenities and magnificent views of the ever changing Orange County landscape. Preconstruction prices for the three-, four-and five-bedroom homes are expected to start in the high $300,000s to the mid-$400,000s.

Homes at HighPointe at Woodbury Junction will be lined with the latest designer amenities and features. Exteriors will consist of three architectural styles including Traditional, Farmhouse and an Arts & Crafts design that will add dramatic aesthetic appeal to the neighborhood. Interiors will boast kitchens with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, Kohler sinks and GE Stainless Steel Appliance Packages and lavish baths with ceramic tile floors and Sterling by Kohler sinks and fixtures.

HighPointe at Woodbury Junction will be a commuter’s dream. A location less than a mile from Exit 16 of the New York Thruway affords a quick ride into Manhattan in a little more than an hour. The Harriman Train Station is less than two miles away, offering a 75-minute commute to mid-town via Metro North. There is fast, efficient commuter bus service to the Port Authority, while nearby well-established highways make working in adjacent Westchester and Bergen Counties equally convenient.

“The community is by far the most conveniently accessible in Orange County,” says Michael Kehl, Executive Vice President of Builder Marketing Services Co., Inc, exclusive marketing and sales agent for HighPointe. “It is located less than one mile from an assortment of shopping centers including the internationally renowned Woodbury Common Premium Outlets.

The award-winning Monroe-Woodbury Schools are actually within walking distance and Woodbury Junction enjoys being a part of the Town’s ‘Woodbury Rec’ – a town-managed park system offering swimming, day camps, boating, fishing, sports fields and other recreational activities.”

There will also be much to do for resident’s right outside their doorstep. Recreational and social amenities expected to be offered on site will include a future swimming pool and clubhouse.
