Between Fisher/Quarropas and prospect st its primarily a Black/Hispanic working class neighborhood (I grew up in the projects between Fisher and Post). Its a small and urban for the most part. When you head towards Main st, there's some luxury apartment buildings (the seasons/Korman Communities) and an extension of Pace University. When you head up towards Prospect St, right by St. Bernards the neighborhood gets less diverse and is more suburban. The street eventually turns into Bryant avenue cutting through the highlands neighborhood (which is primarily an middle/upper middle class area).
