Utility Providers in Westchester, specifically Pelham (New Rochelle: live in, moving, discount)

Hey, relocating to Pelham from England and overwhelmed. Can any advice be provided re. the following services i.e. who are the biggest/best providers:

Telephone (landline)
Cable TV
Internet
Elec
Gas
Water

Any others I've missed?

Telephone - Verizon
Cable TV - Cablevision
Electric and Gas - Con Ed
Water - either the Village of Pelham Water Department or United Water of New Rochelle (depends on what part of town you live in)
Internet - if you have Cablevision, you can get Internet and VOIP phone service along with your cable tv

I use Cablevision for my landline telephone, cable tv and internet service, and get a discount for using them for all 3. I believe Verizon Fios offers a discount as well if you use them for all 3. There is no contract with Cablevision, but there is for Verizon.

You can choose a cheaper electric company than ConEd due to deregulation. I know my company saves folks in this area 20-50% off. Just so you know you have a choice to get it cheaper. Happy moving!
