In new Rochelle, I would suggest on the waterfront. You have a view of the boats. And there is outside seating. Across from it is Dudleys, also has outside seating. Both of these places have bars too and later in the evenings, on weekends, they did get a bit loud. But I've always enjoyed them. North avenue has spectators, a sports bar that used to have great buffalo wings.
In larchmont, there's a place called espana, nice place for tapas and mojitos. The globe restaurant,
haven't been there though. Sherwoods, bar/ restaurant- used to hang there.carlins cove- bar. Good Chinese at Hunan larchmont.
There's more, just can't think at the moment. And I am only a visitor to new Rochelle now, hoping to move back to the area next year, so there are many new places since I left.
