Hartsdale jitney? (Harrison, Valley Cottage: house, neighborhood, live)

I am interested in a house in Poet's Corner in Hartsdale and it says there is a free jitney to the train station, but I cannot find any more information about it. Can anyone advise?

I found a beeline bus (?), but it only runs four times in the morning, ending at 8am. I usually leave at 9am because I am looking after my son before that.

I lived in that neighborhood for years and commuted to city. There is no bus. No.6 bus goes to white plains and it takes some walk and overall long time. Parking at hartsdale station is your best option.

Dont think it's free - but there are busses that go to and from the train station thru that area. They're small busses. Another option is the local cab company that is based right at the train station or like the last post - you can park at the train station.

I wouldn't walk to poets corner from the train station. It's a very long walk (up hill no less) and NO sidewalks to walk on once you cross Central Ave. You'll be sharing the road with cars (not a good idea).

Are there any Jitney type services from West Harrison to Valley Cottage? Or does anyone know an expensive way to travel back and forth without a car?
