We need an inspector for tomorrow,s inspection. The one we scheduled had a car accident. The only one available is mostly requested by realtors and that make us very uncomfortable. May lose the house if we reschedule. HELP!

Wish I could help. The inspector I used is only available on weekdays - on weekends he's at his office in PA.

If the reators recommend them, and as long as the inspector is certified, they should be fine. Short notice on a Saturday evening is going to limit your choices anyway...

we used Rob Artman with US Inspect for our home in rye - he was really thorough and so honest and nice.
Sadly, I do no have a mobile number for him, but try this one: 203-261-9781 or email (maybe it goes to his phone????) rartman@usinspect.com.
