Up front and direct// there are ishues that face you
By adding a full bath or will it be a half bath// either way the shed will be consered ( change of use and will be subject to inspection and added tax)
If one were just change the present fixtures in the house, that is considered a change out ( no permit)
County will ask if there will be any further expanshion of the new "out building" // ( if yes) this probley will result in a denial.
County will ask// will the present septic support an additional bath or half bath ( now I think the county will require you employ a profeshional to evaluate).
If you sell the house in the future, ( and no record of the structure recorded) it may pose a problem with the sale, and you may need to rip it down and rip out all your work // thus reduceing the sale price,// or a potenial buyer might just walk away
But for sure it will be considered a change of use even if you have town sewage.
Human waste is considered ( Hazard waste) and not to disposed of lightley.
Sorry for the gloom and doom..
