I just moved here recently and was wondering if there are any free or reduced-cost rabies vaccine clinics (for dogs) in the area?

There are several free clinics per year, and several reduced-fee options. The Asheville Humane Society provided us with a list when we adopted our animals. I no longer have the list, but I'm sure they would be happy to provide you with one.

They have a website, too, with a list of their clinics, and also another list of a bunch of diff groups who provide low-cost care of all kinds, but a phone call is needed so you can be sure the AHS monthly clinic WILL be held, and to doublecheck the location, etc. But you might have fun checking out their website.
