Just saw that the National Weather Service just issued a tornado warning for Jackson and Haywood counties. Hunker down and be careful all!

AT 1106 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CULLOWHEE...OR 7 MILES SOUTH OF SYLVA...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

It is not bad in upstate South Carolina yet; however, I expect the worst to come on Tuesday.

Reviewing The Weather Channel's website, thunderstorms are to begin moving through upstate South Carolina at 600 hours Tuesday.

I have a 17 dear mutt dog who goes into the room with no windows when a tornado is in the area. I always have plenty of warning.
