Best law firm in Asheville - Small biz (Henderson, Hendersonville: attorneys, price)

Hello. My small consulting business has recently been faced with several issues that might need legal counsel to resolve. The issues include:
-updating contract, confidentiality, and non-compete agreements
-prompting non-paying clients to pay
-providing representation with potential lawsuits

Anyway, you get the idea. Although price is obviously a consideration, we are willing to pay for quality representation on such issues if the firm excels in this area.

So...are there any law firms in the Asheville area that small biz's have had success with on similar issues?

Two of the largest are: Roberts & Stephens in Asheville and The Van Winkle Law Firm in Asheville and Hendersonville. Both are large firms with various specialties and informative websites. You would have to check their attorneys' profiles relative to what they handle; or simply call the firm and ask if they have attorneys specializing in small biz.
