We are traveling from VA down 29 South to Greensboro NC and over to Asheville, NC then over to Gatlinburg TN
Need Paleo, Local, Organic, Very FRESH -Healthy eating or the closest thing to Healthy.
I eat mostly plant based Paleo, have sensitivity to Gluten and Nightshades (tomato, potato, eggplant, peppers and paprika) and a recently acquired intolerance to High Histame foods - and have gotten so used to eating quality food that it is hard to eat out.

I know Asheville is cutting edge for healthy food but few places know what 'nightshades' and 'histamine' sensitivities. Histamine is so new to me I barely know what to ask for.

IF anyone knows of any Healthy, knowledgeable, accommodating places please post.
