Woo hoo!!! Decent snow in Asheville!! About two inches in town. One inch in Arden and 3-4 inches north of the city. It's very cold, too: not that slushy, barely frozen stuff we are prone to.

My kids will be sledding today!

We got a bunch out in Haywood County. Beautiful, just beautiful! We were at 11 degrees at my house. Stay warm and have fun. I have to work and had the joy of dodging folks on I40 on my way in. Sigh.

Anyway, good to hear that someone will have some fun!

We had about an inch in my section of Hendersonville. At 11 AM, the windchill is still hovering at ZERO. Too cold for me outside.

We got barely a dusting in our section of H-ville...the wind blew it away before 11am...but a snow day nonetheless...
