It appears to be the episode "Blue Ridge Mountain Blues." It is nice to see Linville get exposure.

Disclaimer: I rarely watch anything on TV that could be labeled "reality."

I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings, but this show is complete drivel with vacuous, shallow characters. I had to turn off the audio and wait forever for them to get to the NC mountains. Other than showing a bar-hopping evening out in Asheville and a beautiful home in Linville, there really wasn't much in the way of positive promotion of our area.

I'm not watching the show this year, but when I did, it became the only reality show I liked.

Gorgeous scenes and houses around Charleston don't hurt.

The "characters" and their extended families are more real and complex than most reality shows. You'd have to have watched them over time to understand the appeal.

I lived in Charleston for decades. For that reason I'll never watch that show. Ugh.

Because you don't think it represents Charleston?

Because you hate Charleston and never want to see it again?
