Do you know anything about this complex of condos in Laurel Park? They seem to go into contract before you can pick up the phone and call. They're on Lake Dr, right near Rhododendron Park (under refurbishment).

They seem to have quite a few rentals, which is a concern. I'm familiar with Laurel Park, but really know nothing about the villas, aside from where they are.

Any scoop from you locals?

They sell very quickly because of the price range. Around $110K. I believe several are owned by investors, therefore, all the rentals.

Actually, most sell below $100k, with asking prices just above, though some have recently sold just above the $100k mark, as everything is going up in the area. One there now is priced much higher, for what seems to be nothing more than "pretty" added on.

I have been told that there is a new management company, and that the old one was awful. I was hoping someone here might know a person who lives there who would come in and offer some insight.
