Starting a campground in Franklin NC thoughts??

I'm guessing that unless you had the money to buy it straight out you'd need to crunch the numbers just to see if it will be profitable at all. Surely if you had to borrow and pay interest it might not even break even.
And that particular campground only has 50 sites. Not a lot for that kind of investment.

For the record, a very well known beautiful campground right on the parkway only sold for 750k last year. That was after being on the market for several years and a start price in the million somethings.
