getatag,
Thank you for the good wishes!

We usually do two shorter days and considered doing this current shot in one day. But, we drive two cars packed to the gunwales, so a 12+ hr day of 'no time off driving' isn't our choice...we will stop in GA as usual and trust that the Marriott is not ground zero, and use our normal/extreme anti-cootie regime.

As for groceries, we bring some stuff back in large insulated freezer bags, and sooner or later after arrival my CEO will make an Ingles/Publix run down the mtn.

I do not comprehend how anyone lives here in SW FL full time. Nice respite from 'winter', but I can barely wait to get back on the Mtn and home.
BR, mD

Most of Ashe Co. cases involves App State or Tysons chicken plant in Wilkes Co. with things opening up the inbound tourists, summer residents and people looking to get away from hard hit Co.'s in Piedmont who knows what may develop. Glad you folks have made it this long with no cases.

Those 438 tests in Avery are about one person in every 38 being tested.
