Very few, if any, homes have sold in Champion Hills in Hendersonville since the start of the crisis. Also, I'm seeing price drops, some of which are pretty drastic. I think higher-end and vacation homes are going to be hardest hit.

You can't have a strong real estate market if people aren't working.
