High Hampton reopening (Cashiers: occupancy, near, spring)

High Hampton is reopening this spring after a makeover. Must be some makeover - has anyone seen the new rates? Whoa. I don't recall them being anywhere near that high. I love the area, but I could stay at The Greenbrier for less.

Yes I saw the rates. Those are some very high rates, even for Cashiers. I have to wonder who the decision maker on this was. My guess is they’ll come down pretty dramatically after they see their occupancy numbers.
