We purchased acreage near Asheville with the intent of building and retiring there. However, our plans have changed and we need to trade this property for property out west (we need the dryness for health reasons). It is a beautiful property - anyone have any ideas on how we can do this?
I would suggest just listing at a minimum. You will probably sell it for a loss, but you will also be getting land out west cheaper now...so it should be about a wash.
