Hi all. I have been reading this thread for months as we plan the hubby's move to Williston. He is giving his notice Friday and leaving on the 21st. I just wanted to say THANK YOU! to all the local posters who have been so gracious and helpful with posting practical information.
Yes, this is a leap of faith, but a calculated risk at the same time. My husband has 20 years of electronics/security experience, is an AF vet and owned his own company for 10 years before the economy killed it. We do have a buddy that is now a Divisional Manager with one of the companies there and he has promised my husband a great job. We feel very fortunate to have this opportunity.

Thanks! No, the kids and I are staying behind for now. We don't want to disrupt their school environment in the middle of the year. Also, the housing situation concerns us greatly for a family of 6.
