Hi, I am offering mobile shipping container housing units for rent. The units are mobile and easy to transport. Would anyone know what is the best place to start to research Willstons housing market. I am primarily interested in location, land lease etc. and permits requirements in order to install 20-30 units.

Talk to County Planning and Zoning first. They have the final say on if you are even allowed to operate here, and currently there is a moratorium on ALL temp housing in Williams County.

Naelbis is correct. Only companies that have a certain number of units can apply for expansion. Something you might consider is contacting some of the "current" mancamp providers and see if they are interested in purchasing or leasing some of your units if they were to expand their current camps? Just a suggestion.
