I know Minnesota and Wisconsin have Reciprocity, but I see Wisconsin's Community College tuition for a credit is 106
Fees (http://www.cvtc.edu/pages/201.asp - broken link)
http://www.gtc.edu/page.asp?q=41 (broken link)

And Minnesota is around 140-150
Knowing the cost - Minneapolis Community and Technical College - Minneapolis, Minnesota
Tuition Office (http://www.hennepintech.edu/current/tuition/credit.asp#2010-2011 - broken link)

So if I get reciprocity at say Gateway Technical college, will I only be paying 106 per credit instead of what Minnesota charges?
It even says right in Gateway's handbook Minnesota Residents can attend Gateway at Wisconsin tuition rates.

I can't answer specifically to Gateway College, but I have attended a Technical college in Wisconsin and know that Wisconsin and Minnesota do have an agreement that out of state students pay the same tuition as in state students. There are many students who live in Minnesota and commute to Wisconsin to attend school. The rate is around $100-$110 a credit, (about 1200 for a semester of 4 classes )without the cost of books included, which is a pretty penny. I paid about $800 for my books in one semester!
