Doctors, like you, are innocent until proven guilty. To prove that a doctor is guilty of fraud, a criminal offense, requires that you convince a jury to unanimously find that it was "perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage" to the doctor.

Doctors used to be held to a higher moral standard than other people. This is because of the incredible amount of importance their profession holds. I am horrified that doctors would participate in fraud on behalf of labor unions, and it makes me ashamed to be moving back to WI.

I think it is pretty obvious that there was fraud taking place, since after the story broke that school districts and the unions ordered the protesters who were calling in sick to go back to work and let the students take over.
