I will be moving to Appleton, Wisconsin in the beginning of September. Does anyone know if there is any place hiring or will be hiring by then? I have tons of customer service experience but, I am willing to try something new. I am willing to train, I am a fast learner, and I am bilingual.

Check with some of the call centers, like West - I know they were always looking for bilinguals some years back. That is, if you're not looking for retail, of which there are always job openings.

I would only warn you, not trying to sound cocky but I have an exceptional background in customer service and have worked for West in another state and had a glowing review from my old boss there.

My experience: I went in for an interview, had two HR people interview me together. Then received an email from one that said I had gotten the job and another from the other HR person that said I did not. They work right beside each other so I don't know where the lines were crossed but I wouldn't put too much stock in that one place.

They need new people or something.

Nah, it's well run. Mistakes are sometimes made. Or maybe you didn't have enough B2B experience? West in Appleton was another company (Telmark) that was purchased to be the West B2B arm, and its qualifications are more encompassing than standard Neb West, as you have to be able to handle business accounts, negotiate with large companies, speak intelligently to specialists (especially in the health care deptartment, with doctors and technicians), and so forth. It's not handling payment calls for phone companies, it's generally more extensive.
