Can any Wisconsin Realtors tell me what the current home selling climate is like in Wisconsin, specifically in the more rural areas? We are considering a move to Wisconsin in the next two years, and I am considering a career change to becoming a Real Estate agent, but I know here in rural North Carolina homes are just not selling and many Realtors have had to seek other employment options.
