Hi, I'm looking at moving to Wausau in the next month or so, if I accept a possible offer from Aspirus. What would be a good area for SINGLE people to live in that would be reasonable (regarding cost and commute)? Unfortunately, I won't have a lot of time to look around, as I'm only spending a few days there and expect to live in basic quarters initially until I get more established (currently live in West Bend area). Any advice and information would be appreciated. Also looking for a non-denominational church with an ACTIVE singles ministry if possible and would appreciate advice on that.

Thanks!!

My daughter lives in a new apartment complex in Schofield. Rent is around 700 and that includes heat. Full size washer/dryer in apartment, 2 bedrooms and a garage.
I know a really active church is Highland Community Church. They have a website.
There are also a lot of newer apartments around Aspirus and a new complex in Mosinee off of Maple Ridge Rd too. Timber Creek Estates.
A good website is Apartment Connextion.com for local places.
