To summarize, the Green Bay Packers is one of America's favorite teams, so they have a higher concentration of fans in the state and in the city then most cities do. Also it's central location between Milwaukee and Madison makes sense too.

Thank you for the answer folks!

As for cheese heads who are into other teams those teams were usually really good when those people were 5-10 years old.

Vikings, cowboys...I was 6 in 85 when the bears won, a lot of people my age are bears fans. Traitors who shall be granted no quarter.

I've found Packer bars damn near everywhere I've been. When I lived in Guam, I surprised my wife with tickets to a regular season game. We flew out of Guam on Friday and left Green Bay to fly back on Monday. Best $600 I ever spent.

It's obviously not just the city of Green Bay.

People in the whole state of Wisconsin are passionate about the Packers.

The UP of Michigan is apparently also part of Packers territory, as well as parts of Iowa and even Nebraska.

Hell, I live in Illinois and what with my Bears being **** this season, I see more people wearing Packers gear than Bears gear.
