We are possibly relocating to Dodgeville WI. Other than being a small town I can't really find a lot of info on it. A few people have recommended to live in Middleton or Verona but the prices for a 2 bedroom apartment or townhome are out of this world!! Does anyone live in Dodgeville and like it? I know the houses there are a lot more affordable but I'm obviously concerned and don't wanna live in an unsafe or sketchy looking area.

Thanks a lot guys!!

What do you want to know? Do you have kids?

It's definitely safe & not sketchy. A lot of people live & work in Dodgeville. Mineral Point & Mt Horeb are both common places people live & commute from. Some live in Madison also, but I wouldn't recommend it for the housing cost. You're supposed to live small & work big. Not the other way around.
