Except it didn't happen. Never happened.

Right wingers really do hate people using their first amendment rights though!

That's because right wingers are complacent. They care about nothing but themselves.

Complacency and selfishness are human conditions inherent in everyone everywhere. They have nothing to do with one's political persuasion.

Walker will probably win, Democrat party will need to find a respectable popular candidate and make some good ads to even have a chance.

Anybody but Walker. This will happen if the voting maps are redrawn to remove the unconstitutional right-wing bias and the voter suppression efforts are removed so that the votes of Milwaukee and Madison can more appropriately get the state back on track and get rid of disastrous Walker.
blah blah blah - why didn't you throw racism and misogyny into your silly rhetoric too?

"Voter suppression" - holy crap when will you people ever learn that your stupid exaggerated claims actually hurt your position.

WI has NEVER been completely liberal. It is a swing state full of people who actively support different views of government role in society.

Voter suppression is real, and well documented, and not accidental. It is a tactic widely used by the GOP to keep the poor and minorities (and in some places, college students) from the polls.

Probably no more of a problem than voter fraud and intimidation. Not to mention big-city/coastal group-think, peer pressure and indoctrination of young people who's not-yet-fully developed emotions are toyed with for votes. That list could go on.....

Voter fraud has been heavily researched and it's found to be virtually non-existent. It's very rare, and occurs in no significant numbers even when it rarely can be found.

Voter suppression has been found to be widespread. It occurs in significant numbers and is found to be common, including in Wisconsin where there is a solid chance it tipped the state in 2016.

Walker needs to go. There's a reason we're lagging behind Minnesota. I'd take Governor Mark Dayton over Walker any day! Honest question: Whatever happened to Walker's promise to create 250,000 jobs? It's been eight years now!

"The last thing we need is more Madison in our lives," said Govenor Scott Walker via Twitter. Do we really need a governor whose goal is to divide and politically polarize us further than we already are?

Democratic party really needs to step it up & get going. It's March & no candidate has really begun to separate himself/herself from the field. Still have 14 Dem candidates with 2 more potentials. Earlier this month, the pundit race ratings were either "Lean Republican or Likely Republican." Supposedly fundraising & endorsements have been low for Dems so far. Walker, meanwhile raised $3.7 million in the 2nd half of 2017.

Zepecki, the Democratic consultant, thinks that few if any of the Democrats will be able to run television ads in more than two or three media markets or for more than a few weeks at the very end of the campaign.

"It is going to be a three-week campaign because I can't imagine anyone having the resources to get on TV for longer than that," Zepecki said. https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/...ner/398737002/
