I was wondering if I could lawfully break a lease if they falsely advertised that my apartment had a washer and dryer in the basement and that we only had to pay for electricity and now they switched it to we have to pay for gas without even letting us know and they didn't have the apartment totally cleaned out and they said we could store stuff in the basement but there is no basement

Read your lease contract carefully. If these specific things are in that contract, you have a good chance to void the lease. Good luck!
