Flurries in Kenosha this morning, where did spring go? Did someone steal it?

Highway 75 near Bong was closed because authorities thought a levee would fail and flood the road.

Oh I plan on it. I've been itching to take my dog and the neighbor dog to Prairie Moraine Park in Verona. However if we keep getting rain it's going to be far too muddy. I can't wait for some nice warm normal weather.

-2F for the low temperature today at Manitowish Waters. The coldest low I could find. Lots of snow on the ground up north.

Check back in 10 days or so for the expected hatching of four falcon eggs in the nest between May 4 and 6, said Joyce Harms, a spokesman for Veolia Water Milwaukee. The nest is in a box on the southwest corner of the Milorganite fertilizer factory's roof.
