I sincerely hope he can make it to the Superbowl. That would be an exciting game. If they can protect him he can make it happen. As long as that keeps happening they will keep winning. Sorry GB but he's moved on and so should you.

GB has moved on.
And with a better QB too

The ones who still pee and moan that Favre is gone are former Bears and Vikings fans who jumped on the Favre bandwagon in 1996. Took em a while to get off the bus, but theyre gone. The real fans of GB are the ones who gave that thunderous cheer for Aaron Rodgers week one at Lambeau and 3 weeks ago vs. Favre.

Still living on that river in Egypt.

Favre was the best thing to happen to the 09 season - a one man stimulus package in Minnesota.

Touchdowns in September, interceptions in December. This is the Favre creedo...like clockwork.

I don't have a whole lot to talk smack about since my Bears are pretty much out of it, so I'll jump in on this Favre topic. I actually think GB made the right move letting Rodgers start. There are other Bears fans around my town who are smug about Favre doing well with the Vikes, because they think it hurts the Packers fans pride or something like that. I don't see how that's possible. Aaron Rodgers has been really good for the Packers this season and last, and dare I say, better than Favre. Favre is simply on the more balanced team this year. Favre has not had to run for his life like Rodgers in GB. Yet Rodgers is playing better and he adds that extra element of rushing to their game, ala Steve Young. But maybe I'm biased..afterall Favre kicked the Bears butts for almost his entire career so I always want to see him fail, even if winning the NFC central would spoil the mood of a few "Favre fans" up in wisconsin.

Favre wiped the floor with the 49ers, so I have much respect for him. I couldn't root for him because he was with GB. Now that he's not, to hell with GB, GO FAVRE!

The man is a legend and I'm glad he's still playing and successful.
