My friend lasted about a year in Des Moines, moved to CT for a year and now is in Oshkosh - they always liked WI. David: I'll be in LaX the 24th - will all the leaves be gone by then??? (I'm coming anyway!!)

Will definitely check that out! Was in LaX Sat. - turned sunny just as we were getting into town - actually pretty nice day! Just so good to be back - I noticed a few places that have changed - new buildings, etc. --La Crosse definitely has a lot to offer!
