Partridge Lake and the Wolf near Fremont is a good spot. Walleye tournament and white bass run in the late winter and around Mothers Day.

I fish many lakes in Wiscosnin and my favorite is Lake Wiscosnin. Sentimental as my dad took me there when I was just 4. But also great crappie fishing.

Don't know what your price is, but on Lake Shishebegoma (that's not spelled right), west of Minoqua, there is a nice place that rents their cabins. The owners have 2 cabins on the same lot. Nice cabins and good bass and Walleye fishing. I forget the name of the place though. I think it was something like $1500/week.

My boss owns a place on that lake as does a co-worker and a guy from Scaffidi motors in Stevens Point that I know, they all speak highly of the lake. I second Joes suggestion.
