From what I have heard from mostly truck drivers is that if you are looking for a Great company then the best is Schneider. I know you're not looking at truck driving but i doubt corporate is that much different. I would take the job.

I have to disagree with the prior opinion.

I have used Schneider National to haul FTL loads throughout the midwest. Their reputation in the industry is a cut rate carrier with a great deal of turnover in their fleet. It is the kind of place where drivers sign on to get a couple of years experience and then move on to carriers with better pay and benefits. Therefore, you rarely ever see the same drivers on dedicated routes.

I have had several relatives working for Schneider and I have never heard much positive about the company, and they were working in the offices and the repair facilities.

YMMV.
