HIF, I've never done it myself, but the retailer I deliver to uses people to answer their store phones (when you call the local number of the store, you get routed to one of their call center employees who answers from home and may be several states away... The stores have a direct line for employees, but sometimes I have to use the "public" number to get the store manager.

I used to sell backpacks from a popular outdoors brand on eBay for about 250% what I paid for them.

I was buying them at an outlet store near where I used to live when they'd go to 50% off sale price--sooner or later, I was approached by the "store manager" telling me that I can't do that because it's against the store's terms or whatever. Blah.

I do the ebay thing too, mainly antique bottles and glass items. I've made quite a few bucks doing this over the last few years. I also do scrap metals, aluminum, copper, brass, and select steel stuff. There's more to scrapping than junk piles and beer cans, and there's more money to be made than you'd think.

I have an internet business through SMC. They give you products to sell through your own website and you can make over 100% profit. For example, a Rolex watch costs $15,000 retail but you sell it for $35,000. You've made a $20,000, or 233% profit.

If a person could buy a Rolex watch for $15,000 retail...why would they buy it online for $35,000? That doesn't make sense.

Mathebanker - Actually, I know personally that many of those ARe legit, believe it or not. There are a handful on the net which are, and that is the list. I know this because Ive seen many of those before when my sister told me about them - she had heard them from CNN and other news shows. I think some do make you pay for your own background check, but they are not scams. The only one I dont know of is VIP or cloud10.

I work for liveops. I just do a few hours a week. I started a post about it a couple months ago. I applied for the job several months ago (not really thinking I would get a response but I did!) By the time I got hired, I really wasn't sure I would go through with it because I do have a full time day job (I have a career that I love).

But, for the heck of it, I started doing a few hours during the evening. It is NOT much money (so no, you will not pay your mortgage with this) but the way the minutes are calculated- you can make about $10-$18 an hour. For example, in the past 3 days (Thurs, Fri and this morning), I made $78. I logged about 6 hours of calls in total. I have no real goals with this company so I just plan on saving my checks until I have to pay the taxes. Then I'm taking myself shopping (or a vacation next year) with my profits

Default Extra money

I have done alpine before. It is OK. Lot of busy work though. I have just started secret shopping - that is by far the best thing I have done to make extra money. just google it and you will find companies. NEVER PAY FOR THE RESOURCES! Those are all scammers. You can get info and sign up for free.
Also check out OVER 250 Ways To Make Money-. It a great book with a TON of info and reviews. This is where I found the secret shopping company.

Stock Market...Just this year I have started playing around with investing/day trading. I am still too scared to invest a lot of money, but on the little I do invest I am up 30% in the last 12 months...
