After 6 months on the job search (while still employed) I finally got the job I've been wanting for since I graduated college 18 months ago. Ill be starting my new proposal writing job on Monday and hopefully this will be the start of a career for me.

Just proof that its possible, even for those who have just recently graduated. Good luck to everyone else searching.

Fantastic! As I mentioned in another thread, I also received an interview today. Hopefully things are changing for people. It's always nice to read some positive threads on here.
