I am collecting NJ Unemployment with a benefit amount of $575 or whatever the max is.

Would I still receive partial unemployment if:

I take a full time job making $350-400 pretaxes a week? I would imagine so since it is much less than what I was making and is less than the unemployment amount.

Thank You,

Jason

Sorry I ment to post this in the Unemployment sub section. I know you can work part-time and still collect partial unemployment. Does it still hold true if you take a full-time job and are still making less then the weekly benefit amount.
