I was looking for a job for 2 months, now I have 3 job offers on the table and I having a hard time deciding so any help is appreciated...

1 is with the local utility company but it is a 20 month contract position, so pay by the hour with no benefits etc... The utility company has the ability to hire on contract employees after 6 months where I would get access to gold plated benefits including a pension plan and have to shoot someone to get fired.

2 is with a retail marketing analytics company as a mktg analytics specialist, the $$$ is same as the utility, company has been around for 20 years, but benefits are provided after 90 days but they will be nowhere near as good as the public utility company's POTENTIALLY could be if they decide to hire me on. The industry is a lot more exciting than a utility to me

3 is with a government contractor who handles medical examinations for the military...lowest $$$ offer and full benefits are included...but company is stable and continues to grow. Gov contracts are for 10+ years and they keep winning new ones, lot of opportunity for growth in the future.

I am 30 yrs old...my background is in Data Analysis and Business Development with experience in the government contract procurement and spreadsheet and db work. I have my MBA, and my long term goals are to be head of operations or VP in BD in the next 5 years.

My starving puppy Milton and I look forward to recommendations...

I would go for #2. I think it would fit your long term goals better.
