The FBI and Secret Service are often represented in job fairs. I just attended a job fair where both were present and they talked about how recruiting at job fairs has been very beneficial for them. I would suggest you look up upcoming job fairs in your area and see if any of the divisions you listed will be present. At the job fair, a recruiter will be able to tell you exactly what you need to do to become eligible for employment and how to apply. It would be a great networking opportunity.
